Pricing Update: As of December 1, 2025, session rates have increased slightly from $2.41/min to $2.48/min — my first adjustment since 2022. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Allergy Notice: Please be aware that there are yoga dogs in the B90 Yoga Studio. If you have sensitivities or allergies, feel free to reach out before your appointment.

Recharge Oasis Add-On: Massage Clients are welcome to enjoy the Recharge Oasis available through the B90 Yoga Studio — a private room with gentle red-light therapy and a soothing PEMF setup. You may add a session to your massage for an additional $5.

New Patients: If this is your first time visiting, you’re invited to choose the longer New Patient 90-minute session for extra time to settle in, complete a full assessment, and receive an unhurried treatment.
